TERM & CONDITIONS

1. You must possess a valid G2 driver's license .

2. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent.

3. For insurance replacement rentals, you must be at least the age of 19
    providing insurance coverage confirmed.

4. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent luxury or exotic vehicles.

5. You must possess a major credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express)
    with at least a $500 security deposit available.

6. If declining our insurance, proof of own insurance coverage must be shown.

SERVICES & ADDED COVERAGES

3. Delivery Service available. *Additional charges may apply*

4. Portable GPS Navigation systems available for rental.

5. LDW - Loss Damage Waiver can be purchased if no insurance coverage is available from the renter (For customers using their credit cards as insurance, must check with their respective companies for liability coverage. A mandatory charge of $9.99/day applies for liability or 3rd party coverage).

6. T&WDW - Tire & Windshield Damage Waiver can be purchased for a zero deductible.

7. PAI - Personal Accident Insurance can be purchased by the renter.

8. Additional Drivers - One driver is covered per rental. Any additional drivers to be listed on the Rental Agreement will be charged a surcharge of $9.99/day to $14.99/day. The driver must meet the minimum age. Anyone not listed on the Rental Agreement as a driver is NOT covered to drive the rental vehicle.

9. Cross Board Fee - All rentals entering the U.S.A are subject to a cross board surcharge of $9.99/day.

10. Vehicle Return Policy - Any rental vehicles returned after our hours of operation will remain the responsibility of the customer until Ventures re-opens the following business day and the vehicle is checked in. Ventures will not assume any responsibility for any vehicles dropped off after we have closed. Any damages that may occur if the vehicle is dropped off after hours will be the customer's responsibility.

11. Drivers Licenses Verification Policy - Ventures Car and Truck Rentals reserve the right to check all renters drivers licenses through an electronically process with the Ministry of Transportation. There is a fee for this verification of $5.00 which will the renters responsibility.

12. Ventures Car and Truck Rentals has the right to monitor and locate any rental by GPS Tracking or other means. Ventures has the right to repossess the vehicle on demand if payment for the vehicle as set out on the Rental Agreement has been breach, used in violation of the law, illegally parked. Any fees to repossess the vehicle will be the reasonability of the renter(s).
